BRIDGE COURSE – Fellowship in Endo & Resto

ABOUT THE PROGRAM :

1. The BRIDGE COURSE is a CLINICAL BASED PROGRAM with a unique combination of advanced “FELLOWSHIP CERTIFICATE IN ENDODONTICS (FCE) & FELLOWSHIP CERTIFICATE IN RESTORATIVE DENTISTRY” (FCR) conducted by ACCESS DENTAL INSTITUTE, INDIA duly affiliated & accredited by MAHSA UNIVERSITY, Malaysia.
2. Both the Programs (FCE & FCR) will run PARALLEL so as to enable the participants to complete both ENDO & RESTORATIVE cases with continuity.
3. The participants MUST have finished their BDS (Degree / Provisional) from any recognized University before appearing for the MAHSA exam.
4. Dental Council of India Registration Number is Mandatory.
5. Only Indian Nationals are ELIGIBLE for this program.
6. The participants will be allowed to work on patients for Endo & Post-Core as part of FCE alongside with Anterior Aesthetic & Posterior Restorative procedures, Crown & Bridge – Prostho and Soft tissue Perio – Pink Aesthetic work as part of FCR under the supervision of our Faculty.
7. Participants have to complete their requirement of clinical work within the stipulated period.
8. Lecture & Pre-clinical sessions are provided which are mandatory.
9. Upon submission of required clinical cases & successful completion of Exam, Participants will be awarded BOTH – “FELLOWSHIP CERTIFICATE IN ENDODONTICS (FCE) & FELLOWSHIP CERTIFICATE IN RESTORATIVE DENTISTRY” (FCR) duly affiliated and accredited from MAHSA UNIVERSITY, Malaysia.

Course Guidelines :

Program Duration : 150 Days (Full-time)

All Clinical Work on Patient will be done at our Community Dental Hospital & Access Dental Annexe.

FCE – ENDO & POST-CORE : –

• 30 – 35 ENDO completed cases – Anterior, Pre-molar & Molar teeth.
• All cases will be done as per standard operative protocols recommended by International Text Books.
• All Endo cases MUST be done under RUBBER DAM only.
• All Cases should be documented as per International Protocols which include photos, X-rays etc.
• All Case / Work Flow Records must be maintained in the form of LOG BOOK which has to be submitted before appearing for Exams.

Participants should bring the following :-

• Airotor handpiece
• Micro-motor handpiece (contra-angle)
• Endo motor – ANY REPUTED BRAND/ can be purchased/Hired after joining
• Apex Locator – ANY REPUTED BRAND/ can be purchased/Hired after joining
• White Apron
• Refills of Burs, Files (if required)

Centre will provide the following :-

• Patients and Dental chair.
• Micro-motors in-built in Chair.
• Burs (Endo, Restorative starter burs)
• K Files (10, 15 – 2 box each)
• D Finders (10,12 – 2 box each)
• Rotary Starter Kits (6 Reputed Brands)
• Rubber Dam Kit
• X Rays (pre-op, WL, master cone, post-op)
• Endo materials (Irrigants, GP, Sealer, LA, etc)
• Post & Core materials.
• All Consumables (Mask, Gloves, syringes etc)

FCR – Total : 50 Cases done at our Community Dental Hospital & Access Dental Annexe.

Conservative Dentistry : 20 cases

• Class I, II, V – Direct Restoration & Deep Carious Management – 10 cases
• Class III, IV, Diastema Closure Direct Composite Veneering – 10 cases

Prosthodontics : 20 cases

• Full Coverage Crown – Zirconia, PFM, Metal, Lithium Disilicate) – 12 cases
• Biomimetic Restorations – Anterior Veneer & Posterior Partial Bonded (onlay / overlay / table top / crown lay / endo crown) – 5 cases
• Fixed Partial Denture (FPD) – 2 Cases
• Full Mouth Rehabilitation (FMR) – 1 Case

Periodontics : 10 cases

• Supra & Sub-gingival Procedures – Laser / Cautery Crown Lengthening, Gingivoplasty, Gingivectomy, Gingival Retraction, Zenith Correction, Esthetic Recontouring  – 10 cases.

Participants should bring the following :-

• Airotor handpiece
• Micro-motor handpiece (contra-angle)
• White Apron
• Refills of Burs (as required)
• DSLR Camera / Mobile camera for documentation (DSLR is preferred for utilizing documented cases for International exams / certification).

Centre will provide the following :-

• Patients and Dental chair.
• Micro-motors in-built in Chair.
• Composite Hand Instrument Kit LM Art equivalent (given to participants).
• Burs (Conservative & Prostho starter burs given to participants).
• Rubber Dam Kit
• X Rays for Documentation.
• Etchant, Bonding Agent, Composites etc.
• All Consumables (Mask, Gloves, syringes etc)

REGISTRATION :

1. Participants can register online.
2. The course fee for FCE & FCR if done separately is Rs 6,60,000 /– 
3. Doctors opting for BRIDGE COURSE can avail a special discounted Course fee of Rs 5,60,000 /- (1 lac waiver) Five lakhs and sixty Thousand only (Which include Course Fee, MAHSA University affiliation & Certification Fee ; does NOT include Travel, Visa and Stay in Malaysia in the event of exam happening in Malaysia)
4. Participants have to pay Rs 30,000 /- (Thirty thousand only) as Advance to confirm. The Balance amount can be paid as three instalments – First on your joining date and second and third payment during commencement of the second & third month respectively. A grace period of 5 days will be given after which late fee will be applicable.

*   Cancellation / Refund Policy : In case of cancellation made for any reason whatsoever, the Registration Advance sum of Rs 30,000 /- (Thirty thousand only) will be REFUNDED within a month after deducting 10 % charges for transaction taxes / internal processing.

* If cancellation is done within 30 days of commencement of program, 25% of charges will be deducted and if done within 15 days of program, 50% of charges will be deducted.
