Our Center is one of the first few clinics in Chennai to be issued a STERILIZATION MONITORING CERTIFICATE by the UNIVERSITY OF LOUISVILLE School of Dentistry recommended by the American Dental Association (ADA) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).Our center meticulously adheres to the following sterilization protocol for all the patients for every procedure.
Autoclave Sealed Pouches:
All the operatory instruments are enclosed in sealed autoclaved pouches that are opened chair-side in front of the patient.
The operatory trays, handles, chair-side, spittoon etc… are disinfected thoroughly by surface aldehydes before every procedure.
The instruments that are employed for critical surgical procedures like implants, Impacted wisdom teeth removal, Perio & Endo-Surgery etc… are exposed for a double sterilization protocol in which the instruments are loaded off the autoclave sterilizer minutes before the procedure commences.
Reverse Osmosis (RO) Water Treatment.
The water used for dental operatory procedures like drilling, cleaning, filling etc… In addition to drinking is purified by an R.O Plant installed in the clinic.
Disposable Drapes & Tumblers.
Every patient is draped by a clean disposable gown which is disposed off after the procedure. The clinic avoids usage of plastic and prefers to use disposable paper cups for all patients.
The center houses an array of sterilization gadgets like programmable autoclave, bin autoclave, hot air sterilizer (2nos), glass bead sterilizer (2nos), chemiclave formaldehyde chamber (2nos), surface aldehydes, cold sterilizing agents to ensure complete asepsis.
